Nobody was around when I came to pick my car up. Plenty of sales people sitting sround chatting, but nobody from services. There was a queue too. Also I booked online and had a quote for the work. You tried to charge me extra. The check in was fine

It had an advisory for brake pads which wasn't highlighted at it's mot, also the bonnet struts seem to have expired but they are fine, I specifically had them checked at mot because this was highlighted at its health check
