I have bought dozens of new cars & this was one of my 3 worst experiences. To be fair to the dealership, once they realised the problems, they have gone out of their way to resolve them, but the quality of work in the prep & bodyshop is unacceptable

Refuse to answer phone, calls routed through third party call centre, zero product knowledge. Focused on sales, no interest in aftersales. Vertu are the worst of a seriously bad bunch

Easy booking system on line which allowed you to choose a date and time. My car was ready after a couple of hours and the added bonus was the complimentary car wash.

Good service and friendly. Wate if time filling in online check-in as system was down when I got there. Asked them to order some touch up paint. Told to pick up on a couple of days from BMW. Went to collect and told they don't do them.

Was done quickly, although wasn't obvious online that I'd booked a service slot which I had to wait for. Only realised this when checked in at the self check in kiosk. This was inconvenient as had only booked an hour off work to drop car.

Based on the information I'd given when booking my car in, Mini York had ordered in the part required and were able to fit it quickly. They listened to my other problem, a rattle and explained the costs to fix it.

Bad experience all round and very expensive. The impression i am left with is Mini York are only interested in customers with large swanky BMW's, or those buying new cars, not those with the small average Mini/needs for same.

I needed a new tyre which you didn't have in stock so we had to make a double journey from filey we purchased the car from malton 2 yrs ago and was that the car could be collected free now they are asking £49 pounds

The reception staff were extremely helpful but not 5 stars overall, due to needing car to be in two extra days. A text to say my car was booked in the following day etc would be an added bonus for me.

Efficient & friendly. Only negative was only finding out that we had to pay a fee to insure against the £1000 excess on the courtesy car on arrival for the recall visit. However this was waived by Vertu so we were grateful for that.
