There was a delay due to the IT system being unable to register the car. This led to us having to make several changes to our car insurance (as this corresponded with the planned dates for swapping of cars).

The handover was very good, but unless one is a techno minded person, there is a lot to take in, in a short space of time and a lot of it went over my head. Hence, the following day, when I took to the road, I was lost in translation.
