Excellent service by Cameron. We'd been to Stratone in Harrogate and no one had followed up on our enquiry about a car whereas Cameron was efficient, funny and charming. What an asset. Also met manager.. Looks like a great team.

Unfortunately through no fault of the York office I was unable to take delivery of my car as planned due to the BMW/Mini tax system being down. Obviously this was disappointing and inconvenient.

Did not fix the problem. Only offered a refund on the car if we return it - we need the car, but we need it safe and working. A return just because they couldn't be bothered to sort the problem properly (or maybe because it's too expensive a problem)

Ok, well let me summarise. The digital speedometer which was only replaced 30months ago failed and yet we still had to pay virtually the full cost of a replacement and this was after being told the unit was working properly.

I rang York Vertu on my landline using the York code. A gltch in the system resulted in me getting an appointment at BMW Durham. Why? BMW were less than helpful trying to sort things. However, York, were very helpful once I rang them.
