Happy with the overall product and service received. I do feel however, that I should have received two keys, rather than one key plus a digital key. I am not that proficient on my mobile telephone and have reservations about using that.

Happy with reception, loan car and the service in identifying the battery had failed. No issues with Vertu. I am very unhappy with Mini after sales and this reflects on my score for Vertu which probably isn't fair.

Car came in for a service but was thoroughly checked over while it was there and a report issued with a useful video. One issue - I checked in online but I still kept getting messages asking me to do it. I also had to check in when I arrived.

The actual service experience was great. The really bad initial grinding noise has gone from the front drivers side brake, but when braking at high speed it feels like theres a wobble/vibration as if the disc is warped. Its like a "whum-whum-whum.

I took the car back for guardex to be reapplied as the interior had white patches on the interior and windscreen on pdi had been cleaned with a dirty cloth leaving smears on windscreen. Whoever only cleaned the driver side not the full windscreen !?!

My car had an issue and was recovered. The engineer dealing with the issue didn't get a proper hand over from recovery or Mini staff. While handing over the car to me, she did not know what the issue was and I left the office concerned about safety.

Nobody was around when I came to pick my car up. Plenty of sales people sitting sround chatting, but nobody from services. There was a queue too. Also I booked online and had a quote for the work. You tried to charge me extra. The check in was fine
