Very satisfied from initial test drive through to purchase and collection. Had the same customer service person all the way through (Stacy) which was helpful - on the one occasion Stacy was not available, a colleague dealt with my query effectively

Becky seemed as excited as we were when the new car arrived. It was presented with a sheet over it for a big reveal, and she took the time to show us all the new features our old mini did not have.

I was surprised to learn that you no longer undertake pre-warranty end checks. I was promised this would happen as my warranty came to an end. I also requested my tyre pressures be reset at 2.8 and 2.3. They weren't. I now have to go elsewhere to do

The service centre staff were brilliant. However the central Vertu computer systems are a bit off the mark - my car was booked in at the request of Vertu but was not due for the recommended procedure for another 5 months! A wasted journey.

Vertu had booked my car in for a service AND a recall fitting but on the day said the parts for the latter would have to be ordered.
