Very satisfied. Cameron went through all the options of buying a new vehicle. He took me on a test drive and explained the new models compared to the one I am in. If and when I do buy a new vehicle it would be through Vertu York.

Efficient, completed quicker than expected but costly..could be cheaper. Sarah Gillespie generally looks after us and will again in November, no doubt. We hope Vertu recognises her contribution to customer satisfaction.

The service I received was good but I was disappointed when I realised it wasn't a wait appointment. I did the appointment over the mini app and wasn't aware that it would have been better to call in to book this. I now know.

My cat was booked on for 10 am for its MOT and I had said I would be waiting. I arrived early and my car wasn't ready until nearly 1pm and then when I did drive it off it had to go back in to the workshop as it was making a noise.

The technician reported a loose grill in the video clip. The grill was still loose when I checked it later. No explanation. One of the Engine cover mounting rubber grippers was missing. I searched for it and found it wedged in the motor.

Firstly, It took a month to get an appointment to investigate my fault. Secondly, the appointment seemed to focus on trying to over sell me lots of unnecessary repairs. I took it to another garage and they said it needed none of them.

Wasn't told when I brought the car in that they didn't accept cash so I had to take out a o% finance agreement for the work carried out and pay off once the cash was deposited on my bank. I have no complaint with the work carried out just the admin
